The Holistic Wellness Connection: Nurturing Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, and Mental Health

<p>Has a car accident injury interrupted your life and now you are seeking help? Do you find your neck hanging over while at your computer or on your phone? Iʻm glad you are here. When I went through bodywork school in Washington State, for Structural Integration, I got rear-ended by a truck. I was stopped for a while and he came in hot down a hill. This was the start of the pandemic where they were pumping into the media: stay at home, donʻt be out in the public. I was deliverying groceries to the community, places were shutdown. I needed help and I found a chiropractor to help.&nbsp;</p><p>I am in Denver. If you recently got into an accident or have an accident you are still wanting to undo in your body, I can help you. Whiplash, Tech Neck, Spinal Injury

<p>My first Spinal Flow treatment, my intake session. This included my health discussion, my list of injuries, my health goals, my current symptoms with what I remembered and wrote on my intake form and table time. What triggered my pursuit, I fell on my bum when I was really young, down the stairs, and couldnʻt walk for days. I knew it was still in my body. I was in car accidents, the most recent one, was the start of the pandemic and was hit from behind. After that day, I felt I lived life in&nbsp; fight and flight and couldnʻt get out of it. My spine was messed up, specifically my neck and shoulders. I participated in Crossfit for about 5 years. I did a max back squat and got stuck mid lift. I couldnʻt stand up and didnʻt bale and rolled my spine up. All I heard was my spine "cracking." My self care for that injury- 3 days of icing and not working out and back to the workouts. My cervical spine was constantly locked. I get work weekly too. What I was doing and what I was seeing with my clientsʻ necks werenʻt working. I had to find something else. And I did!!</p><h3>Table Time</h3><p>I jumped on, knowing it will be 30 minutes. I laid there and felt my tailbone worked on. And kept feeling that. I made a story up because I saw where my practitioners feet were and imagined she had really long arms and reach, lol. The work is so gentle but I was committed to my work, my clients, and Spinal Flow. I felt my right toe coming alive, my right leg and a "cramp" coming. I had my 30 minutes and remembered the days in between my next session my bunion, my big toe, and the webbing were screaming. I woke up in the middle of the night massaging it out. I felt that for a couple days.</p>

<p>I am a certified structural integrationist. I came to a stand still in bookings while the office I worked at was waiting for the algorithm to pick up the SEOʻs again. A Spinal Flow&nbsp; ad came into my reels.&nbsp; I worked with a myofascial release, sports massage team and when we moved into a new location, the SEOʻs went out of whack. Upon the meeting, I learned a little more of the modality but couldnʻt grasp the fullness. </p><p>Fast forward, 5 months, I am now fully self-employed structural integration practitioner. The day I was signing up to study Spinal Flow, the clients I saw that day, living with spinal injuries. The deciding factor of me signing up.&nbsp;</p><p>This blog will be my diary of my Spinal Flow journey to my health and wellness.&nbsp; I will share my experience.&nbsp;</p>
